Requirements

What you’ll need

6–8+ years of experience in software engineering (ideally including AI/LLM environments)
Very strong Python skills (Django or equivalent)
Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
Experience in AI system design
Knowledge of evaluation methods and observability
Ability to make trade-offs between speed and quality
Able to work independently with minimal guidance
Proven ability to deliver products
