About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ownership of core parts of our AI architecture
- Design and development of scalable AI agent systems
- Responsibility for reliability & quality of AI outputs
- Development of our LLM systems (prompting, fine-tuning)
- Building observability and evaluation frameworks
- Close collaboration with business and product teams
- Making technical decisions with long-term impact
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–8+ years of software engineering experience (ideally with experience in AI/LLM environments)
- Very strong Python skills (Django or comparable frameworks)
- Experience with: LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), AI system design
- Evaluation methods & observability
- Understanding of how to make AI reliable
- Highly autonomous and self-driven
