About the role

  • Develop features end-to-end: Django backend, React frontend, REST APIs, WebSockets
  • Maintain our AI-agent pipelines – from data extraction through validation to decision logic
  • Build evaluation and observability tooling: test datasets, prompt versioning, quality metrics, regression monitoring
  • Write tests, review code, and ensure our AI outputs remain reliable and consistent

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Strong Python skills (Django)
  • Basic knowledge of React/TypeScript
  • Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or similar)
  • Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL), REST APIs, and async patterns
  • Fluent in German and English
