About the role

  • Support and advise our existing municipal clients
  • Acquire new municipal clients (cities and municipalities)
  • Present and sell our CITIES platform as well as other digital solutions
  • Assist clients with administrative and technical inquiries
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Participate in trade fairs, events, and networking meetings within the municipal sector
  • Work closely with our product and support teams

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, ideally in the municipal or public sector
  • Strong communication and consulting skills
  • Strong customer-service orientation
  • Technical understanding and interest in digital solutions
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
  • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
