About the role
- Support and advise our existing municipal clients
- Acquire new clients in the municipal sector (cities, municipalities)
- Present and sell our CITIES platform and other digital solutions
- Assist clients with administrative and technical questions
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Attend trade shows, events and networking meetings in the municipal sector
- Work closely with our Product and Support teams
Requirements
- Experience in sales, ideally in the municipal or public sector
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- High customer and service orientation
- Technical understanding and interest in digital solutions
- Independent and structured way of working
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
- Very good written and spoken German
