About the role

  • Support and advise our existing municipal clients
  • Acquire new clients in the municipal sector (cities, municipalities)
  • Present and sell our CITIES platform and other digital solutions
  • Assist clients with administrative and technical questions
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Attend trade shows, events and networking meetings in the municipal sector
  • Work closely with our Product and Support teams

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, ideally in the municipal or public sector
  • Strong communication and consulting skills
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Technical understanding and interest in digital solutions
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland
  • Very good written and spoken German
