Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint/PI Planning, Review, and Retrospective)
Coach the team in applying the Scrum framework
Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Support the optimization of internal collaboration and the development of a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Recognized Scrum certification
Proven hands-on experience in the role of Scrum Master
Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
Ability to resolve conflicts constructively and motivate people
Deep understanding of agile values and the ability to apply theory in practice
Ability to effectively use metrics such as Velocity, Cycle Time, and Burndown Charts
Excellent spoken and written German
