About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide onsite and remote Tier 1-2 technical support for MacOS and Windows devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and AV systems
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and support procedures
- Conduct user trainings and promote cybersecurity awareness
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; or 4 years of equivalent professional experience
- 3 years of experience as IT support, systems administrator, or similar technical role
- Strong technical expertise in MacOS & iOS environments, enterprise SaaS platforms, JAMF, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, authentication framework, and identity management
