About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shoot video ads in Lisbon (studio, lifestyle, outdoor or iPhone)
Edit short, dynamic social ads for TikTok and Instagram
Create UGC formats, facecam, storytelling, and conversion-focused videos
Adapt a single concept into multiple hooks and creative variations
Contribute to creative planning: hooks, marketing angles, scripting, and shot breakdowns
Optional: assist with organizing shoots (casting, locations, props, scheduling)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience editing social ads for e-commerce
Strong understanding of TikTok and Meta (Instagram/Facebook) conventions
Strong sense of pacing, retention and conversion
Fast, autonomous and detail-oriented
Based in Lisbon
Native French speaker with native-level understanding of French culture required
Experience in Creative Strategy (big plus)
Experience scripting UGC/ads (big plus)
Experience organizing shoots (big plus)
Sensitivity to branding / premium aesthetics (big plus)
Interest in beauty, wellness, or women's health sectors (big plus)
