About the role

  • Own customer relationships end-to-end: onboarding, adoption, retention, QBRs, renewals, and upsells.
  • Lead operational excellence by managing billing reviews, monthly account health checks, and customer escalations.
  • Analyze customer + patient data to identify trends, care gaps, and revenue opportunities (Excel/Sheets).
  • Work cross-functionally with engineers on integrations, implementations, and translating customer needs into scalable product improvements.
  • Automate workflows using AI or other tools and help build repeatable CS playbooks and processes.
  • Manage 2 part-time support resources (billing + admin) with room to expand the team as we grow.
  • Drive special projects (BD, marketing, product research, financial analysis) based on company priorities.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years in Customer Success, Operations, Consulting, Professional Services, or Healthcare Account Management
  • Strong analytical/Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort with AI tools
  • Exceptional communication skills with senior executives (calls, email, meetings)
  • Demonstrated ability to create processes where none exist
  • Calm under pressure, strong follow-through, and a bias toward action
  • Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and working with clinical stakeholders
  • Experience in value-based care, CCM/RPM, practice operations, or EHR workflows
  • Background in early-stage startups or fast-scaling environments
  • Familiarity with CPT codes, eligibility workflows, or medical billing
  • Experience working with engineers or product teams
