About the role
- Initial and ongoing assessment and evaluation of skills and needs for each client
- Development and ongoing monitoring of Individual treatment plans
- Regular staff training and supervision, providing feedback for enhancement and client progress
- Facilitate regular caregiver meetings and training to ensuring open communication
- Submission of all required documents for internal and external audits
- Identifying clients and families in need of additional supports
- Continuous mentoring, staff engagement, and retention
- Maintaining licensure, certifications, and credentialing current as CCABA
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA
- Experience with management and leadership experience
- Experience interacting with families, staff, clients and community partners
- Assessments of skills & deficits across a variety of domains
- Development of individual treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Practice using various ABA methodologies
- Experience communicating with parents and caregivers
- Use of technology and various software to ensure compliance
