About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Visit pediatricians, developmental pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, daycare centers, and other referral sources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and community partners
- Educate providers about Circle Care Services and available ABA services
- Generate referrals through ongoing provider outreach and relationship development
- Follow up with referral sources and maintain ongoing communication
- Attend lunch-and-learns, networking events, and community outreach opportunities
- Track outreach activities, contacts, and referrals in HubSpot
- Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to support a positive referral experience
- Represent Circle Care Services professionally within the community
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in outreach, healthcare, provider relations, marketing, sales, business development, or a related field preferred
- Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with daily local travel
- Organized, self-motivated, and professional
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
