About the role
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in-home and via telehealth (up to 75% telehealth)
- Lead and instruct therapists; provide clinical supervision and mentorship
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and graphing procedures
- Schedule and deliver family-centered care at families' convenience, daytime and afternoon hours
- Participate in clinical support, training, and collaborative care with educators and physicians
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and licensure
- 2-4 years of experience in ABA instruction
- Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and graphing procedures
- Ability to lead and instruct therapists
