About the role
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum
- Lead and instruct therapists and supervise implementation of treatment plans
- Apply ABA techniques and perform behavioral graphing and data collection
- Deliver in-home services and schedule sessions at families’ convenience
- Provide clinical support, mentorship, and training to staff
- Work daytime and afternoon hours; flexible scheduling; immediate full- or part-time start
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and licensure
- 2-4 years of experience in ABA instruction
- Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and graphing procedures
- Ability to lead and instruct therapists
