About the role
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum
- Lead and instruct therapists and provide mentorship and clinical support
- Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans and graphing procedures
- Deliver services in daycare, in-home, clinic, and via telehealth (up to 50% telehealth)
- Schedule sessions at families' convenience and collaborate with parents, educators, and physicians
- Work daytime hours with immediate full- or part-time start options
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and licensure
- 2-4 years of experience in ABA instruction
- Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and graphing procedures
- Ability to lead and instruct therapists
