About the role
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum in-home
- Lead, instruct, and supervise therapists
- Develop and implement ABA programs and graphing/progress tracking
- Provide clinical support, mentorship, and training
- Schedule and coordinate sessions at families’ convenience and collaborate with parents, educators, and physicians
- Maintain documentation and adhere to clinical and ethical standards
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and licensure
- 2-4 years of experience in ABA instruction
- Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and graphing procedures
- Ability to lead and instruct therapists
