About the role
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum
- Supervise, lead, and instruct therapists and clinical staff
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and graphing procedures
- Work in daycare, in-home, and clinic settings with flexible daytime hours
- Collaborate with families, educators, and physicians and schedule treatment at families’ convenience
- Participate in mentorship, training, and provide clinical support
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and licensure
- 2-4 years of experience in ABA instruction
- Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and graphing procedures
- Ability to lead and instruct therapists
