About the role
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum
- Conduct assessments, implement treatment plans, and use ABA techniques and graphing procedures
- Lead, instruct, and supervise therapists
- Deliver services in daycare, in-home, clinic settings and via telehealth (up to 50%)
- Schedule sessions at families’ convenience and provide clinical support, mentorship, and training
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and licensure
- 2-4 years of experience in ABA instruction
- Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and graphing procedures
- Ability to lead and instruct therapists
