About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Circ’s brand, marketing, communications, and product marketing efforts.
  • Shape Circ’s market narrative and build awareness.
  • Support commercial growth and help establish Circ as a category leader.
  • Develop strategy while also creating content, launching campaigns, supporting events, managing agencies, and driving day-to-day execution.
  • Conduct market research, white space analysis, competitive analysis, and opportunity identification.
  • Manage external agencies, contractors, and creative partners across various marketing disciplines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience within high-growth, category-defining, branded materials, B2B, B2B2C, or consumer-facing businesses.
  • Proven experience leading brand, marketing, communications, product marketing, and go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and market adoption.
  • Experience launching, scaling, or repositioning brands, products, categories, ingredient brands, or commercial offerings.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical, sustainability, or industry concepts into compelling narratives, campaigns, and commercial messaging.
  • Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, market development, and positioning initiatives.
  • Experience managing agencies, contractors, and external partners while delivering high-quality marketing programs and creative output.
  • Experience within fashion, textiles, specialty materials, sustainability, circularity, branded materials, or related industries preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence customers, partners, media, and senior leadership.
  • Scrappy, adaptable, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. Experience leveraging AI tools to improve research, content development, and workflow efficiency is a plus.
