About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in building inventory forecasting dashboards and predictive tools to inform future planning
- Support fabric sampling processes
- Develop and organize contact databases; assist with outreach efforts and identify potential growth opportunities
- Conduct market mapping to support business development initiatives
- Translate meeting notes and updates into structured project management systems (e.g., Monday.com)
- Provide administrative and operational support across projects
- Assist with conference preparation & execution, including briefing materials or on-the-ground support
- Contribute across multiple functions including business development, product development, operations, and logistics
- Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations to communicate project updates, insights, and key initiatives
- Suggest optimizations in business development processes based on use of AI tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or last year of Bachelor’s degree
- Exposure to fashion or textile industries, is a nice-to-have
- Experience creating dashboards for product and/or inventory tracking
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with tools like Monday.com or similar platforms
- Exposure to customer relationship management &/or project management tools or similar systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously
- Interest in operational work within business development, product, or production environments
- Ability to translate unstructured information into clear, structured outputs (e.g., dashboards, trackers)
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) is a plus
