About the role
- Work as a member of UI/UX Designers team
- Work closely with Product Owners and Engineers to enable the best User Experience Design
- Create user-flows, low- and high-fidelity Wireframes, interactive prototypes, and overall design architecture
- Create and maintain consistent design system and UI components for our products
- Conduct usability tests and integrate the feedback into updates and optimizations
- Create surveys for research through various media platforms to gather feedback on user’s ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on company products and propose new product innovations
- Help create, design and implement solutions with good UX and UI at their core
Requirements
- Several years of experience in creating UX design with a focus on usability
- Comprehensive portfolio that demonstrates the work made for both B2B and B2C markets
- Ability to design visually appealing interfaces, propose user flows and discuss technical requirements with software engineers for various platforms, including Web and Mobile Apps
- Expertise in creating and maintaining cohesive and scalable design systems
- Fluent in English
- Design UI-animation and micro-interactions or experience in designing media applications and addressing associated challenges would be a plus
- Technically skilled with high comprehension and the ability to align software engineering, business and user demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment
