About the role

  • Embed directly with strategic enterprise customers’ Trust & Safety, engineering, and policy teams to implement Cinder
  • Act as technical implementer and strategic advisor to drive adoption and solve critical safety challenges
  • Design and implement solutions that measurably improve internet safety outcomes
  • Transform internet platform safety by implementing Cinder at large internet platforms
  • Diagnose and solve customer safety problems with technical and strategic solutions
  • Serve as subject matter expert on Cinder’s platform and Trust & Safety practices for customers and agencies
  • Address technical challenges or collaborate with engineering/product teams to hand off projects
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to triage and prioritize feedback from thousands of users
  • Contribute to growth and success of Engineering and Customer Success organizations

Requirements

  • Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, software engineer, solutions engineer, sales engineer, or similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of safety engineering and/or safety operations via firsthand experience
  • OR experience as an early technical hire at a high-growth SaaS company deploying technical solutions at scale for large enterprise customers
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with enterprise-level customers and navigate complex organizational structures
  • Deep familiarity with AI/LLM-powered tools and AI agents and ability to guide customers on deploying them in safety and investigation workflows
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, takes initiative, and learns quickly in unfamiliar situations
  • Strong teamwork and listening skills
  • Nice-to-have: experience as a product owner or engineer within Trust & Safety, Integrity, or Fraud organizations
  • Nice-to-have: fluency in enterprise data architecture and/or AI safety
