Key responsibilities & impact

Drive end-to-end execution across IT/OT migration workstreams
Translate highly technical discussions into structured plans, timelines, and deliverables
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure clear outcomes and accountability
Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations across multiple teams
Maintain alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams
Ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within scope
Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and executive communications

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in Project Management
Proven ability to manage highly technical initiatives without deep technical involvement
Strong facilitation and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
Exceptional organizational and execution capabilities
Experience managing global, cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Advanced / Fluent English (mandatory)
