About the role
- Understand market, industry and client trends to identify new growth levers
- Develop a strategic vision based on active monitoring (sector, competitors, innovation)
- Implement a systemic approach to commercial development
- Define development priorities and structure a network-driven approach
- Develop strategic partnerships
- Create opportunities through networking, social selling and HR events
- Analyze client history and potential to prioritize commercial actions
- Design, deploy and manage an annual commercial action plan
- Monitor results, measure performance and continuously adjust actions
- Ensure rigorous reporting and update the CRM in real time
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Initiate first contacts and open new accounts
- Work collaboratively with KAMs (Key Account Managers) to convert opportunities into concrete business
Requirements
- Experience in B2B business development (ideally in services, HR or training)
- Strong ability to identify opportunities and build relationships
- Analytical and strategic mindset
- Enjoy prospecting, networking and client acquisition
