About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee, coach, and train the field RCA team (field sales representatives);
- Ensure achievement of sales indicators (KPIs);
- Provide support to retail outlets (points of sale);
- Drive strategic in-store activities, business planning and performance monitoring.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in sales; experience in manufacturing/industrial companies is a plus;
- Experience managing teams;
- Experience in Trade Marketing;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Valid driver's license and availability to travel;
- Familiarity with JBP (Joint Business Plan) is a plus;
