Manage full month-end close: accruals, reclasses, journal entries, reconciliations.
Review resident billing, rent rolls, census, and revenue for accuracy.
Oversee accounts payable coding and monitor spending vs. budget.
Support ownership reporting, lender requirements, and audit processes.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
3–5+ years of property accounting experience; senior living preferred.
Strong GAAP knowledge and monthly close experience.
Advanced Excel skills; Yardi, PCC, QuickBooks or similar experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
