About the role
- Execute and sustain internal innovation initiatives and programs, ensuring organization, deadlines and quality of deliverables.
- Run idea campaigns, corporate challenges, intrapreneurship initiatives and capability-building journeys.
- Plan, organize and support events, workshops, training sessions, forums, mentorships and innovation webinars.
- Support discovery, ideation, co-creation and prototyping activities using Design Thinking, Lean Startup and agile methods.
- Monitor program participants, maintaining high engagement, excellent experience, up-to-date schedules and indicators.
- Support management of the innovation pipeline and portfolio, organizing information, status updates and lessons learned.
- Facilitate processes related to innovation, such as vendors, partners, contracts and purchases when necessary.
- Work together with internal communications to publicize innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate across multiple areas (business, IT, HR, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment in execution.
- Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement of the area's programs and processes.
- Track market trends and innovation best practices.
- Act ethically and in alignment with the company's sustainability, diversity and inclusion guidelines.
- Support strengthening the company's sustainability culture, complying with applicable socio-environmental guidelines, rules and policies. Within your duties and responsibilities, always act ethically, proactively, safely and responsibly, minimizing environmental impacts, workplace incidents and other risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics and/or related fields.
- Experience in corporate innovation projects, innovation culture or digital transformation.
- Experience managing corporate events.
- Experience with various management tools, e.g.: Miro, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Figma or similar.
- Practical knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean Startup and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), among others.
- Familiarity with AI applied to process automation and innovation is desirable.
- Knowledge of innovation indicators and metrics management is desirable.
