Key responsibilities & impact

Build modern, scalable software while leveraging Artificial Intelligence to improve engineering productivity
Embrace AI-first software development and automate repetitive engineering tasks
Take end-to-end ownership of built services
Use AI to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, automate engineering workflows, and increase developer productivity
Work closely with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
Collaborate with onsite and offshore engineering teams
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design sessions
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while promoting engineering excellence and AI adoption
Design and develop cloud-native enterprise applications, microservices, and REST APIs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
7+ years of professional software development experience
Strong expertise in Java and Python
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
Strong experience with Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake
Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-grade microservices and REST APIs
Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
Experience with Git, automated testing frameworks, and Agile software development
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
