Proficiency in backend development using Java 17 and Spring Boot
Experience with MongoDB
Familiarity with Python

Understanding of agile development practices
Resilience and adaptability in challenging contexts
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Intermediate English for conversation, writing, and reading
Knowledge of AI practices for software development (nice to have)
