About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build modern, scalable enterprise software using AI-first development practices
Use Artificial Intelligence, including TensorFlow and PyTorch, to improve engineering productivity and software quality
Automate repetitive engineering tasks and workflows
Take end-to-end ownership of applications and services from design through production
Work closely with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
Collaborate with onsite and offshore engineering teams
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design sessions
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote engineering excellence and AI adoption
Deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise software with speed and reliability
Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies to improve software delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in software development
Strong expertise in Java and Python
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
Strong experience with Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake
Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-grade microservices and REST APIs
Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
Experience with Git, automated testing frameworks, and Agile software development
Knowledge of messaging technologies: Kafka, Azure Event Hub, or Azure Service Bus
Practical, day-to-day use of AI to improve software engineering productivity
Experience in AI projects, including machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision, is a plus
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Advanced/fluent English communication skills
