About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the reference architecture for Generative AI agents in voice and chat channels.
  • Design conversational flows optimized for low latency, scalability, and high availability.
  • Structure the LLM orchestration architecture using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalents.
  • Define integration patterns with enterprise systems via MCP servers, REST APIs, and mTLS.
  • Guide the use of NeMo Guardrails for safety, response control, compliance policies, and risk mitigation.
  • Define the observability strategy using Langfuse, including traces and metrics for cost, latency, quality, and performance.
  • Support architectural decisions for deployments on OCI, Kubernetes, and OKE.
  • Design strategies for context management, conversational memory, and caching using Redis or equivalent technologies.
  • Evaluate technical trade-offs between performance, cost, security, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Ensure architectural alignment across development, SRE, security, data teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Review technical designs, support squads in implementation, and ensure adherence to defined standards.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the architecture based on production metrics, user feedback, and continuous evaluation of LLMs.

Requirements

  • Prompt engineering and evaluation of LLM responses.
  • Docker, Kubernetes, and architecture for deployment on OKE.
  • Best practices for security, resilience, scalability, and technical governance.
