Key responsibilities & impact

Work with the development team and maintain code quality to ensure consistent delivery for our client;
Resolve problems decisively with a broad business perspective;
Use artificial intelligence tools throughout the development lifecycle to accelerate coding and ensure software quality;
Promote and implement development best practices across the team;
Develop and maintain applications using Java (Spring Boot and Spring Batch) and Angular;
Collaborate on the design and implementation of robust technical solutions with a focus on scalability;
Work closely with product and design teams to deliver end-to-end solutions;
Ensure the ongoing performance and stability of applications over time;
Actively participate in enforcing development best practices, quality measures, and coding standards;
Contribute to the evolution of the data layer using SQL Server;
Share knowledge and mentor other developers, fostering a continuous learning environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with Java 17+ and the Spring Boot and Spring Batch frameworks.
Strong experience with Angular.
Experience with SQL Server for data manipulation and management.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the development team and stakeholders.
Experience working in agile teams and using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
Nice to have / Preferred:
Experience with legacy VB6 applications.
Knowledge of cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Familiarity with hexagonal architecture.
