About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Software Delivery Management: Plan and monitor software deliveries, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Agile Methodology: Facilitate the adoption of agile processes within the team, promoting continuous improvement and efficient sprint execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as a Squad Leader, Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
  • Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with digital product development techniques and MVP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and make informed decisions.
  • Nice to have:
  • Hands-on experience with agentic development tools — Claude Code in particular.
