About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Software Delivery Management: Plan and monitor software deliveries, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Agile Methodology: Facilitate the adoption of agile processes within the team, promoting continuous improvement and efficient sprint execution.
  • Roadmap Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning features with user and market needs.
  • MVP: Apply Minimum Viable Product (MVP) principles to quickly validate ideas and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate, coach and develop the team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • Scrum Ceremonies: Facilitate ceremonies such as planning, reviews, retrospectives and daily stand-ups to ensure team transparency and progress.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as a Squad Leader, Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
  • Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with digital product development techniques and MVP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and make informed decisions.
  • Nice to have:
  • Hands-on experience with agentic development tools — Claude Code in particular.
