About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take a leading technical role in squads to build a digital product and modernize a strategic journey, focusing on enabling business impact through technology
- Understand client business problems and pain points through discovery activities
- Define the technical and functional product backlog
- Build a roadmap vision together with the management team using agile architecture concepts
- Define and validate incremental solutions and architectures in technical and business forums
- Help resolve business challenges
- Apply software engineering and architecture disciplines in building a digital product
- Implement practices of intentional architecture, evolutionary architecture and emergent design
- Define and implement product escalation and rollout strategies together with the team
- Lead and mentor architects and engineers
- Communicate and defend technical decisions to the client and engage the team in best practices and standards
