About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategy and user needs.
Create and refine requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, supporting solution development.
Work closely with development, design, and stakeholder teams to ensure high-value deliveries.
Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Facilitate communication between business and technology areas, ensuring alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
Lead and support agile ceremonies, promoting adoption of Scrum and Kanban best practices.
Track market trends and emerging technologies, proposing initiatives that drive product evolution.
Incorporate AI-based solutions to optimize processes, increase operational efficiency, and enhance user experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in similar roles managing digital products.
Experience in projects related to Supply Chain, Logistics, or operations.
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Experience managing backlogs, setting priorities, and writing user stories.
Ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data- and metrics-driven decisions.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Interest and experience in applying Artificial Intelligence to evolve products or business processes.
