Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for ensuring technical excellence across the entire product lifecycle, from solution conception and design to production support.
Act as a knowledge multiplier, mentoring other developers and serving as the primary technical voice in decision-making.
Ensure applications are instrumented to capture metrics, logs, and performance data, leading continuous analysis and optimization.
Serve as the escalation point for the most challenging incidents and bugs, driving root cause analysis and implementing permanent solutions.

Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Serve as the team's primary technical reference, guiding Mid-level and Senior developers in adopting best practices and resolving complex problems.
Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design of software solutions, applying deep knowledge of microservices architecture, DDD, Hexagonal Architecture, and Clean Code.
Exceptional Code (Hands-on): Lead by example, writing clean, efficient, high-quality code in Kotlin and Java, and setting the standard for the team.
Quality Culture: Be a principal advocate and promoter of a quality-driven culture, encouraging practices such as TDD and thorough code reviews.
Performance and Reliability: Ensure applications are instrumented to capture metrics, logs, and performance data, leading analysis and continuous optimization.
Critical Problem Resolution: Act as the escalation point for the most challenging incidents and bugs, conducting root cause analysis and implementing definitive solutions.
Extensive experience and fluency in object-oriented languages, especially Java and Kotlin.
Proven expertise in microservices architecture.
Deep knowledge and practical application of principles such as TDD, DDD, Clean Code, and Hexagonal Architecture.
Strong experience with SQL databases.
Experience across the full development lifecycle in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
Ability to solve complex problems and communicate solutions clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
Proficiency with GIT/Git Flow.
