About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and enhance backend services using NestJS and event-driven architectures.
  • Build and maintain frontend applications using Next.js, React and TypeScript, following platform design standards.
  • Design and evolve data models and integrations using PostgreSQL.
  • Develop integrations with AI providers and platform services.
  • Participate in architecture definition, technical reviews and the evolution of engineering standards.
  • Contribute to the improvement of CI/CD processes and operations in Kubernetes and multi-cloud environments.
  • Use AI agents and tools to accelerate the software development cycle and improve delivery quality.
  • Collaborate with product, platform and engineering teams to build scalable, innovative solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience developing with Node.js, NestJS and TypeScript.
  • Experience with Next.js, React and modern web application development.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture, REST APIs and messaging using Kafka or similar technologies.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with authentication, authorization and multi-tenant architectures.
  • Knowledge of observability and monitoring for distributed applications.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or similar to accelerate software development.
  • Technical English for reading documentation and collaborating in global environments.
