About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead product management for two squads that form the AI core of our platform
- Act as the voice of the user within the teams — conduct interviews, interpret usage data, and ensure product decisions reflect real needs of developers and platform administrators
- Build and maintain a roadmap tied to the area's strategy, product learnings and discovery evidence — revisiting and updating as context changes
- Move comfortably between technical conversations with engineering, experience discussions with design, and value presentations with stakeholders and clients — serving as the link that keeps all three aligned
- Translate complex technical solutions into clear business and user value, and vice versa: bring the user's problem back to engineering with enough context for better technical decisions
- Prioritize based on data: observability metrics, qualitative feedback, usage behavior, and discovery evidence
- Lead teams, negotiating scope and expectations with stakeholders clearly and autonomously
- Monitor the AI market — new models, agentic frameworks, developer experience trends — and bring that context into roadmap decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on familiarity with LLMs: you follow releases, understand differences between models, providers, and use cases, and can have a substantive conversation about the topic
- Experience with agent-building tools such as n8n, LangFlow, LangChain or similar — you know what is hard for builders using these tools
- Ability to navigate technical, design and business conversations without losing clarity in any of the three — you speak engineering with engineers, experience with designers, and outcomes with clients
- Strong data-driven mindset: able to build and interpret dashboards, conduct quantitative and qualitative discovery, and use data to justify prioritization decisions
- Experience with developer experience products — you understand that developers are users and know how that changes product approach and success metrics
- Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders, with a track record of negotiating scope and aligning expectations in complex contexts
- English for reading technical documentation; Portuguese for team communication
- Having built or operated an AI gateway product, LLM proxy, or AI infrastructure
