Key responsibilities & impact

Understand customers' business problems and pain points
Write high-quality software code
Conduct code reviews
Help solve business problems
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams following an agile delivery model
Mentor and train the team, developing successors
Communicate in English, actively participating in meetings and reviewing and writing technical documents in English

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced English (daily contact with people outside Brazil)
Availability to work at our Campinas office 3x/week
Proven experience with Java and Spring Boot
Extensive experience developing Java services and APIs
Experience with AWS services
Proven experience developing automated tests and a solid understanding of the Test Pyramid concept
Strong understanding of Git
Proven experience with agile methodologies
Nice to have: Experience with SRE practices
