Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop and evolve backend applications using Python and FastAPI;
Define and promote best practices in architecture and development;
Participate in technical discussions and provide technical support to the team;
Work on performance optimization, scalability and observability of applications;
Contribute to the evolution of the platform architecture;
Take part in code reviews and mentor less experienced developers;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in backend development using Python;
Strong knowledge of FastAPI;
Advanced experience with PostgreSQL and data modeling;
Experience with distributed architectures and microservices;
Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS;
Knowledge of observability, monitoring and troubleshooting;
Technical leadership skills and ability to make architectural decisions;
Experience working in agile environments.
