About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the planning and execution of North American conferences, executive dinners, customer events, roundtables, and hosted experiences.
  • Manage event logistics, including shipping, branded materials, signage, and giveaways.
  • Support onsite execution for strategic events as needed.
  • Maintain event documentation, templates, operational playbooks, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate tasks across internal teams, external agencies, and vendors.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with purchase requisitions, contracts, supplier onboarding, and invoice processing.
  • Track and report event budgets and expenses.
  • Support procurement workflows and vendor payments.
  • Reconcile event expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Maintain event dashboards and reporting.
  • Track registrations, attendance, executive meetings, and event KPIs.
  • Prepare post-event reports and performance summaries.
  • Analyze event performance and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, venues, suppliers, and event vendors.
  • Support logistics for sponsored conferences, executive experiences, and hosted events.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing one) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, project coordination, operations, or a related field.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: Event management platforms
  • Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira
  • Procurement and purchase order processes
  • Budget management and reporting
  • Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides
