About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for implementing and structuring processes, ensuring operational organization, efficiency and continuous improvement of the squads.
  • Provide technical and strategic leadership to teams, supporting definitions, prioritization and direction aligned with client and business objectives.
  • Manage and develop people, monitoring performance, engagement, expectation alignment and growth of team members.
  • Act as an active influencer with the client in organizing and prioritizing the backlog, defining DoR/DoD and directing strategic requests.
  • Monitor operational and delivery metrics, conducting analyses, action plans and continuous improvement cycles (PDCA).
  • Responsible for ensuring governance, predictability and alignment between squads, stakeholders and partner areas.
  • Deliver executive presentations that demonstrate results, the added value of deliveries and team progress through strategic communication and structured storytelling.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid knowledge of the Scrum methodology and its ceremonies.
  • Monitoring of operational indicators and consistent PDCA cycles.
  • Refinement of epics, breaking down stories, complexity estimation and organization of team capacity.
  • Continuous communication with the client.
  • Resolution and escalation of team blockers.
  • Organization and prioritization of activities to achieve Sprint, quarterly and client objectives.
  • Experience with AI to accelerate day-to-day activities for yourself and the team.
  • Experience orchestrating multidisciplinary teams.
  • People management experience.
  • Technical knowledge — having come from a tech background is a plus.
  • Experience with contactless payment solutions.
  • Familiarity with DORA metrics.
  • Prior experience in initiatives focused on accelerating deliveries supported by engineering practices.
