About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will be responsible for forming and coaching agile teams, ensuring they maintain and increase delivery velocity;
You should closely monitor throughput and productivity metrics in detail, identifying and addressing any dysfunctions;
With a tech lead as support, you will be responsible for understanding and refining requirements, as well as planning deliveries and tracking the team, removing impediments and communicating the status of activities;
You will also support solution discussions (internal conflicts, product issues, communication matters) with the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced English
Previous experience in project management roles;
Experience structuring and growing a cross-functional development team;
Experience with Agile methodology and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.;
Strong knowledge of task management tools;
Excellent communication skills;
Analytical thinking;
Enthusiastic and open to using Generative AI in day-to-day work, encouraging the team toward continuous improvements through its adoption;
Ability to build trust-based relationships with work partners;
Experience in risk management;
Experience in scope and roadmap management, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
