About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with business partners who may have technical knowledge to identify their needs and articulate technical solutions.
Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts in business terms to ensure alignment.
Support the development and optimization of back-end systems and services, ensuring they meet the defined business requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and functional designs.
Assist in coaching and mentoring team members on relevant technical products and support the overall project management lifecycle.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather technical business needs and convert them into actionable technical plans.
Document product features, business processes, workflows, and operational manuals with a focus on standardization, compliance, security, and performance optimization.
Experience with Azure DevOPS or similar tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent communication in English to effectively engage with clients and business stakeholders.
Strong technical background, with the ability to understand, analyze, and convey complex technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders and also to the technical teams.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum principles.
Exceptional documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A consultative and proactive mindset, with the ability to lead technical discussions and drive informed decision-making.
Comfort using or a willingness to learn technical tools that enhance productivity and collaboration across teams.
Experience with projects involving back-end development, APIs, and microservices and event driven architecture.
