About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct thorough data analyses to support business and digital product growth
- Generate actionable insights through data visualization
- Support data-driven decision-making across teams
- Analyze data types, relationships, patterns, and trends
- Improve understanding of business data and inform strategic decisions
- Work closely with stakeholders to define clear, specific, and achievable data requirements
- Define how analytical outputs should be presented and consumed
- Develop a strong understanding of business workflows
- Identify relevant sources, entities, and attributes to answer business questions
- Validate analytical products with users
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and expectations
- Monitor and analyze product performance using KPIs and metrics
- Measure the effectiveness of data initiatives and investments
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights
- Understand the technical architecture supporting data initiatives
- Work with data storage, integrations, and analytics platforms
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams
- Support the integration of AI tools and methodologies into analytical workflows
- Partner with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Analytics Specialists, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality analytical solutions
- Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering growth and development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent level of English communication (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Excellent level of Spanish communication (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Experience working with international clients
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Strong analytical mindset
- Product-oriented thinking
- Experience with value-based prioritization
- Data-driven decision-making
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Data visualization and insight generation
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Experience working with stakeholders to define business and analytical requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
