Key responsibilities & impact

Architectural Design: Develop and design innovative technical solutions that meet customer needs, leveraging partner technologies and platforms to ensure optimal integration and functionality.
Technical Leadership: Provide expert technical guidance to partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices and standards.
Microsoft Technology Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on Microsoft technologies, providing guidance on best practices for architecture, deployment, and integration within partner solutions.
Collaboration with Partners: Work closely with partner technical teams to understand their products and capabilities, serving as a bridge between partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Solution Development: Lead the design and implementation of joint solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Customer Engagement: Engage with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure that the delivered solutions align with business objectives and technical specifications.
Proof of Concept (PoC): Develop and demonstrate PoCs for new solutions, showcasing the value of partner technologies and validating architectural decisions.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, solution implementations, and integration processes to ensure knowledge sharing and reference for future projects.
Training and Enablement: Provide training sessions and workshops for internal teams and partners to enhance their understanding of solution architectures and the technologies involved.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve solution offerings and architectural approaches.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent English is a must.
Strong technical background in software architecture, cloud solutions, and integration technologies, specifically with a focus on Microsoft products and platforms (e.g., Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365).
Experience in solution design and architecture, preferably in a partner ecosystem, with a focus on scalability and performance.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients.
Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and sales, to drive successful project outcomes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience in developing and executing technical strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
Ability to mentor and guide junior architects and technical staff, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
