Key responsibilities & impact

Execute and validate artifacts generated in knowledge extraction and transformation flows.
Identify and fix gaps in structured artifacts — null fields, inconsistent references, incorrect statuses.
Create and maintain behavior definitions for AI agents (instruction files, system prompts) at each step of the flow.
Write Python scripts for data transformation, YAML normalization, and artifact validation.
Assist teams in checking and validating assets generated by agents and pipelines.
Review PRDs, epics, and AI-generated requirements documents using structured review checklists.
Maintain technical documentation: READMEs, CLAUDE.md entries, and skill reference materials.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical fundamentals:
Python for scripting and data processing (PyYAML, argparse, pathlib, json, pytest).
Structured data formats: YAML, JSON, and Markdown as working mediums.
Spec-driven development.
Git: branching, PR review, semantic commits.
Clear and advanced English communication: written and verbal for alignments with a distributed team and clients.
AI tools and ecosystem:
Consistent use of AI-coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub, Copilot, Cursor, or similar in the daily workflow.
Consumption of LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar).
Model Context Protocol (MCP) and slash-commands/operational prompt-based interfaces.
Critical assessment of AI outputs.
Senior-level capabilities:
Diagnosis of systemic failures in automated pipelines: trace a class of errors to the root cause in the generator or schema and fix in a data-agnostic way.
Design of new pipeline steps with well-defined input/output contracts.
Semantic evaluation of generated artifacts: not only structure, but adherence to the source.
Ability to guide and mentor team members on the use of AI tools and workflows.
