Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an agile environment, preferably in product development or system integration contexts.
  • Fluent English is mandatory (verbal and written communication skills), with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile practices and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience facilitating agile ceremonies.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Azure and Trello.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve team processes and enhance productivity.
  • Ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.
  • Certifications in agile methodologies or team leadership (e.g., Certified Scrum Master - CSM) preferred.
