About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end program: structure and maintain the integrated redesign roadmap, identifying dependencies, risks, and blockers across squads before they become issues.
Define and refine strategic milestones: collaborate with product, tech, and business leadership to translate the program vision into clear, prioritized, and achievable objectives for each squad.
Ensure continuous alignment across teams: facilitate synchronization rituals between squads, promote cross-team visibility, and act as an arbiter of priorities when schedule or scope conflicts arise.
Bridge to executive leadership: produce high-quality executive reports—clear, decision-oriented, and with the appropriate level of detail for each audience.
Remove impediments: proactively unblock whatever is delaying squads, whether a process, a technical dependency, or an outstanding decision.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing programs or product portfolios in complex digital environments, preferably with multiple squads operating in parallel.
Ability to move comfortably between strategic and operational levels—from board-level conversations to backlog refinement.
Skill in structuring ambiguity: turning broad directives into concrete objectives and measurable success criteria.
Strong communication skills, both for presentations and written documentation.
Background in digital product, fintech, insurtech, or large technology companies is valued.
