What you’ll need

Experience developing with one or more of the following languages/frameworks: Angular, Node.js, .NET, Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.
AWS (infrastructure as code - IaC)
Spec-driven development (specification as the AI's primary input)
Strong command of the SDLC (design → build → test → deploy → operate)
Advanced use of AI in development (code generation, testing, refactoring, debugging)
Building agents (multi-step workflows, tool usage, planning and execution)
Creating reusable skills and composing capabilities
Integration via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent
Creation of slash-commands / operational interfaces based on structured prompts
Orchestration of workflows (multi-agent or human + agent)
Integration with tools (Git, CI/CD, issue tracking, observability)
Critical evaluation of AI outputs (quality, security, consistency)
