Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience developing with one or more of these technologies: Angular, Node, .NET, Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.
- AWS (Infrastructure as Code - IaC)
- Spec-driven development (specifications as the primary input to AI)
- Strong command of the SDLC (design → build → test → deploy → operate)
- Advanced use of AI in development (code generation, testing, refactoring, debugging)
- Building agents (multi-step, tool usage, planning + execution)
- Creating reusable skills and composing capabilities
- Integration via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent
- Creation of slash commands / operational interfaces based on structured prompts
- Orchestration of workflows (multi-agent or human + agent)
- Integration with tools (Git, CI/CD, issue tracking, observability)
- Critical evaluation of AI outputs (quality, safety, consistency)
